Vinay Addanki is a former Senior RPA Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise automation, having led digital transformation initiatives for global organizations including CIBT Visas, Toyota, HSBC, and Mphasis. Specializing in UiPath-based automation frameworks, SAP integrations, and process optimization, he built scalable solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced manual effort across complex business environments.

After years of corporate leadership in intelligent automation, Vinay transitioned into entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Founder & Director of Mount Tabor Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Mount Tabor Global Study Abroad Consultancy, and as Co-Founder & Director of VINKRA LLC, where he focuses on technology consulting, digital innovation, and global education services.

Kranthi K Gamini

Kranthi Gamini is a Senior Data Scientist with over 15 years of experience designing and operationalizing enterprise-grade machine learning systems across healthcare, banking, insurance, and telecommunications domains. Specializing in AIOps, NLP, risk modeling, and scalable ML platforms, he has built end-to-end pipelines spanning feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance. He combines deep expertise in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and cloud-native MLOps frameworks with strong operational discipline to ensure models remain reliable, compliant, and production-ready.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Kranthi serves as Founder & Director of VINKRA LLC, driving innovation at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise transformation.
